These gloves are very well constructed and fit exactly like the size chart. The palms are durable leather and the fabric is heavy denim to prevent cuts and scrapes. The sleeves have a Velcro strap to cinch it on your arm. I can't believe the tiny price for this quality. 6 stars!

I used these removing unwanted rose bushes from my garden and removing burning needles. They worked great they cover your arms far enough up and are made of a tough material to prevent your hands and arms from damage. Well worth the money.

They are very nice and seem strong. The length is good for me, so far. Been resurrecting sprinkler doughnuts w/ a half moon edger and they are nice and sturdy for that, but need to take off for a bit as they do make my hands/arms sweat.Haven't tested the little pads for touch screen. Giving the other pair for a Mom's day gift to family (the sunflowers are a nod to my late Dad).*After using again...the touch pad does not work for me...they protect your hands well, but they don't breathe. Haven't heard from the other pair's receiver.

Finally, I can cut roses for a vase, fertilize the soil, or trim my rose bush without cutting up my arms in the process. The gloves work perfectly with the rubber fingertips and a nice fit just below the elbow. They are also a good protector against pesky evening mosquitos.

I got these gloves to prune roses. I have a lot of very thorny roses. I received these gloves today and used them to prune three climbing roses and two bushes today. So far I remain unscathed!My hands are rather small but plump. I sized all the way up based on other reviews. The xl fit perfectly. I was hoping they would be bigger since I was planning to recruit my son to help me move the clippings to the yard waste bin but these would not fit a large hand. They’re great for me though.PS. The clump of dead clematis left on the trellis in the photo is there because chickadees built a nest there. I didn’t find it until I’d already started the hard prune but I wanted to leave them some camouflage around their nest. Hopefully they will be ok.

I wont use them till the spring but tried them on and they feel great, are true to size, and will definitely protect my hands and forearms from rose and sticker bushes as well as for clearing brush from the property. You can also tighten the sleeves up near the elbows if you need them tighter. My daughter, who i never thought would want to wear them actually wants a pair of her own. Im thinking they will be a great Mother’s Day gift for her. They are also not too warm. They should be comfortable to wear in the heat of summer.
