Venustas Women’s 3-in-1 Heated Jacket with Battery, Waterproof Jacket with Hood for Skiing

I have worked one shift with this jacket and I am in love.The jacket came beautifully packaged. Organized, neat, all the pieces in their places. I either missed it in the description, or maybe it's not there, but I only expected the battery. Not a well made, thick cord and a heavy duty charging block as well! Clicking the power test button showed it was 3/4 full, but as we all know, you have to charge batteries for a bit to get a true test. I left it plugged in for a few hours before taking my new "toy" to work. And girl... yes.I work in a warehouse that feels like it it always either 20 degrees hotter in the summer or colder in winter than outside the building. Not fun. For a year now, I've layered, I've bought heat packs, I bought rechargeable handwarmers for my pockets... I was tired of spending small dollars constantly to work comfortably. While yes this is one of the more expensive heated jackets out there, it is high quality and highly recommended. 👌 I even got mine while it was on sale for 40% off. I know times are hard, so look for those deals!This jacket is heavy yet light? Even without the power on, the jacket is warm. The windbreaker is wonderful! It is heavy enough that it stays warm for a while after the power is turned off, yet light enough I was able to do my inventories and move pails and drums for the orders.The zippers move like butter! There are the two pockets on the outside of each layer and one inside of each layer. The inside pocket of the inner layer being for the battery pack, the outter layer's inside pocket is perfect for those small items you don't want to lose. I have a giant phone that would not fit, but my keys, and a mens size bifold wallet would be perfect to slip inside.I am 220lbs and 5'3. I usually wear a size 18 or 20 pant in women's (40 in men's) and an XL shirt. I went with the 3xl to be sure I'd be comfortable after checking with the size guide. It fits be wonderfully! I was somewhat worried that it would look bulky and fit strangely as things sometimes do for my height and weight. The jacket comes almost half way down my bottom which I prefer and though the sleeves are a tad long, I'm used to that (I'm short remember? Lol). The sleeves on the outter shell have a velcro adjuster that work well for me. Happy to not be rolling the sleeves like my mom made me do growing up when i got hand-me-downs.Speaking of velcro, the outter shell also has only two buttons on the closure. You have your zipper of course, then a snap button on the very top and bottom, with velcro strips between. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this function!! As small that that is, I don't have time, nor want to snap a million buttons when I'm busy.This is perfect for soccer/sports moms like me. Whether it's raining, snowing, or just a biting windy day, I'll be cozy in my new coat! Soccer season hasn't started for us yet, but this will be my newest friend on the side lines.

I got this during Black Friday and I absolutely love this! I love the flexibilty to wear one or both jackets. The material feels very durable and the size is perfect ( I got 2XL). The battery actually lasts longer than I antisipated and the warmth of the fleece is awesome. I also wear just the windbreaker on the cool days and it does the trick. My sister, bought one and she loves hers as well. I recommend this to everyone. 2 jackets in 1 in awesome!

I bought this jacket for my conference trip to Colorado at the end of April. I knew that there would be a definite weather difference between my hone and Colorado. The average initial temperature during the day was a chilly 60°-ish but colder at night. The last three days were much different. The morning temperature was between the 40°s and 50°s with sporadic light rain off and on. I set the battery mainly on medium power and because of my wardrobe I had to wear, I couldn't always keep my jacket closed but the outer jacket kept me dry and the inner jacket kept my back warm until the battery died. My last day, I changed to the larger 12 volt battery and it kept me warm during my last class, dinner and return trip to the hotel, especially since the weather changed dramatically during 20 minute time frame before it was over.I ordered the 3x size because I wanted a little wiggle room and since I have long arms I wanted room to move around comfortably. A 2x would have been too snug a fit.The outer jacket is waterproof/resistant so the fleece jacket didn't get wet. The battery that comes with the jacket would have been okay if I hadn't been in such cold weather but the 12 volt battery was definitely a wise purchase. The only awkward thing was carrying the added weight of the bigger battery. Once you get the battery plugged in, it's easy to use. You just have to find the temperature that meets your needs.Separating the two jackets is no big problem. I especially like the idea of just adding the outer "raincoat" to the fleece jacket without having to change to a different coat if the weather changes and I get caught in the rain.Overall, this was the best purchase I could have made for my trip. I totally recommend this 2-in-1 jacket and if you plan to be in cold weather, get the larger battery.The customer service is great!! The 12 volt battery was missing the charging cable but once I contacted them, I received a call back within a couple of days, a replacement charging cable (at no extra charge) and customer service follow-up call and email to verify sure that I received it and an email when I got back. I'll continue to recommend this product and company to others!!!

I live in Canada, but originally I’m from a warmer place. The winter in Canada can be difficult for me especially when I have to work outside. I always wanted to try the heated clothing, so I gave this one a try. To be honest, this is one of my favorite purchases ever. The coat can be separated to a jacket and not only it’s very comfortable it keeps you warm and nice. I got a size S and it fits perfect.There are few heated clothing companies out there, but I’ll definitely recommend buying Venustas not only because the coat is great, but their costumer service is excellent. I had a problem and after a while the connection of the coat and the battery didn’t work. I contacted Venustas costumer service and they answered very fast. At first they thought that maybe the issue could be the battery so they sent me a new battery. When I tried the battery there was still an issue and I let them know of that, they decided to send me a new coat from their new 2023 line. The communication with their costumer service was truly exceptional, I had a lot happening in my life so I did not respond to their emails fast, because of that I communicated with more than one representative. And every representative I spoke to was truly great. I spoke to Chloe, Allyssa and Yusi. They were very helpful and I’m thankful for their help.If I could give 10 stars I would.

Nice coat, I took xsmall. could be a little smaller for me.The battery I got is only 5000 instead of 10000 and the plug on the coat is dc and not usb as the description was stating. Good service from the company. They told me that they update the battery to a 7.4V. A little bit disappointed because it's more easy to be get a new battery with usb.

I have never loved a jacket that I've bought as much as I love this. I was honestly expecting to be disappointed, but I love everything about it. It's really good quality, even how it's packaged and the waterproof bag it comes in is nice. The liner fits so securely to the exterior shell. It fits me perfectly, I'm 6' 130lbs and got a small. The hood is removable or rollupable. This is perfect together and each separately. The exterior can be worn on its own and even has an interior pocket. The shell has fuzzy interior sleeves, which I love. The heat control botton is on the inside and colour changing based off the setting. The entire jacket and each layer are stylish enough to wear separately. The interior pocket has its own special pocket just to hold the battery pack. The cord you use to connect the jacket is good quality. The battery pack has two USB ports, one micro USB and one type C. One of the USB ports gets used to power the liner. As soon as the battery is plugged a numerical display lights up to tell you the percent charge left. The battery pack reminds me of the slidout keyboard cell phones, it's about the same size and weight. I honestly could not be happier with this jacket, I love everything about it.

Update - after 2 seasons, the jacket won't heat up. Do not buyPros:- bought x-small. I'm 5'3", slim build- heating works- having an outer jacket keeps heat in the jacketcons:- false advertising, purposely bought a 5v 10,000mah battery as stated in the title, however, jacket came in with a 7.4v 5000 mah battery. Not the same plug, not the same capacity. You want the 5v USB-A head because you can use other battery banks in the future. Yes, there are other power banks with 7.4v output, but not as common as USB-A- seller did apologize and made it right by sending an extra battery, which I appreciate very much- the jacket sleeve inner lining ripped on day 2! I have to re-sew it myself. Seller provided an additional discount, which is fine, but in the end, it's a hassle- inner jacket's zipper isn't reversible, to remove the lining, one must reach between the 2 layers unzip from the inside. It's not horrible, but a reversible zipper would have solved this (husband has a similar jacket from another brand that has this type of zipper)Overall, appreciate the seller trying to make things right - no one is perfect. That said, I'd rather they just sell the correct version up front, or change their title to reflect the actual product they're trying to sell.

Bought this jacket for my wife.She says it fits good and is warm.We've only had it for a short time, so not to sure about the battery life yet
