In spite of some reviews claiming shoddy packaging, shipping damage, and missing parts, my truck arrived undamaged and complete. Yes the box is cheap cardboard but it was secured with 4 heavy plastic bands around the outside. Inside, the platform and handle were both bagged and banded together, and the wheels were individually bagged in a smaller box inside the main box. All 16 of the 14mm wheel mounting bolts and washers were already in their mounting holes. Some early reviews complained about the handle popping out, but mine came with pins and clips to hold it in place. Paint finish is good overall with some spot-peeling over the welds... nothing a little rustoleum paint can't fix. This isn't obvious in the pictures but I was relieved to see how thick the wheel supports and mounting flanges are, and that they are welded, not stamped and bent like you find on cheaper wheel assemblies. Each wheel has an axle grease fitting as do the 2 swivel bearings. I had no problem attaching my full size grease gun but I recommend using a lever operated coupler instead of a press-on coupler to minimize strain on the fittings. Overall I am very happy with this product and would definitely buy it again.

The cart is very heavy duty and was packaged very well. The casters seem to be pretty heavy duty as well.I'm very pleased with this it and Vestil did a great job at a reasonable price!

Sturdy and well made.It is a heavy package when shipped.It was missing some nuts and bolts needed for assembly.The nuts and bolts that are used to assemble this are loose in the box and not in separate packaging.The box came torn with holes on arrival and I suspect some of the nuts and bolts fell out of the holes during shipping.Also, some loose nuts had buried themselves deep inside the platform and the unit had to be shaken at different angles to retrieve the nuts out of it.It was worth keeping so I had to go to a hardware store and buy replacement nuts and bolts.If the nuts and bolts had been placed in separate packaging inside the box, I doubt any assembly hardware would have been lost.

Box was obliterated. Blame that on on UPS, not the manufacturer, although it’s packaged in a single layer of terrible Chinese cardboard. Mine was a little beat up and scratched. Who cares, it’s a utility cart, not a new car.But all the parts were there so I assembled it and greased the casters. The grease fittings are the stupid tiny size zert so pull them out and put in normal size fittings first. It’s harbor freight type quality. I welded some stuff to mine and welded the handle on and have used it daily in an engine overhaul shop to carry heavy steel parts around. It’s held up great so far without issue. And we’re not gentle with it. We’ve been pretty happy to the point that I bought another one and got it this week. Same story with poor packaging, and a few minor bruises, but all the parts were there. It’s working great too. I’m totally pleased and we use them everyday. The other guys in the shop like it enough that we might get a third one. Simple and functional, hard to rate it less than 5 stars.

The rotating wheels do not, in fact, rotate. They get locked and immobilized and then they leave black streaks all over your brand new floor, and then upper management gets very angry with you. To top it all off, Amazon will not take it back or refund your money, despite it being delivered a very short time ago. Complete and total ripoff, on both the manufacturer's part, and on the retailer.

We bought this to use at our hardware store for our customers to use for the heavier items like bags of concrete. So far it has worked great! No complaints.

The Vestil ECSPT-2448 Steel Platform Truck with 6" x 2" Rubber Caster & 2000 lbs Capacity arrived with a good fit and finish. Assembly was straight forward and the removable cotter pin on the handle was a nice touch allowing for easy install and removal of the handle when required. Like so many others stated the packaging was almost non-existent when it arrived. How all the parts got here is beyond me but they did and remarkably with no damage. Had it suffered damage like another reviewer said "It's a Platform Truck it's going to look like that after a few days of use anyway".
