Recieved my “New†set from Amazon out of the box the pump did not work. Looked closer and there was plier marks on the relief valve from someone before me destroying the pump! Reached out to the manufacture and only got AI responses, with no help whatsoever. Very disappointed in this complete waste of time and money. Ended up borrowing a different 10 ton pump from a friend to use the wedge and it leaked everywhere and would not hold pressure! Save yourself the headache don’t buy from Vevor, no support! Buy Enerpac if you want something to work new out of the box

While the tools themselves appear to be well built(haven't had a chance to use yet), the case is poorly constructed and the wheels recess passed the bottom edge when standing it to transport, causing it to drag instead of roll. May sound trivial but when you have to move from work area to work area over long distances, you're not going to have a good time.Edit: upon using I would definitely not recommend, better off going to your local harbor freight.

Opened package to find case was damaged on one ear, hooked Hydraulic Ram up to pump to test. Ram wouldn't move. Checked fluid, it was OK. Requested returned.

This was a birthday gift from my wife. It did the job of pulling out the floor and door post of my Expedition. I hope it lasts longer than my previous set!

I purchased the VEVOR 12 Ton Porta Power Kit hoping it would be a reliable addition to my workshop. Instead of offering a proper solution or a replacement, they merely proposed a £20 refund to compensate for the inconvenience. This amount is trivial considering the cost of the product and the severity of the issue.Advice to Potential BuyersBased on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing this product. The hydraulic fluid leak not only makes the kit unreliable but also poses safety risks. Coupled with the poor customer service, it’s simply not worth the hassle.Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable product from a company with better customer support.

Non lo comprate!!! Sia il pistone che le prolunghe sono fragili come il burro. Al primo utilizzo si è subito tutto piegato e non lo rivogliono indietro. Che rabbia
