This is a well-built book cart. The metal is a 17 gauge steel with a powder coat finish. The screws and tools provided are ample. The problem arose with the "W" type book shelf kits. The side panel A are supposed to come together and lap on top of side panel B and the screws are supposed to be inserted into the hole of the panel A, into the hole panel B, and thread into the pressed-in nut on the underside of panel. Each panel assembly has 5 holes and there are 3 assemblies like this. In my situation, the side panel B had the pressed-in nut on the top of the panel, not on the underside of the panel, so the two panels could not lap together at all. I reported this immediately to the support team via CHAT and providing to them the photo of the nut position causing the conflict. I received an email saying they would pass this on to another team and a response would be made in 24 working hours. Subsequent contact has received no solution, only a new ticket and a request for a photo or video of the problem. I finished the problem last night by shearing off the 15 pressed-in nuts, buying (15) 6mm x 1 nuts and assembling the A and B panels and then attached them to the shelving panels and finished the total assembly. It's very sturdy and will do its job well. I'm sure when the kits are correctly made, the assembly time will be reduced. I really did not want to have to wait for VEVOR to ship from China three correctly made B panels with its nuts on the right side of the metal.
