I used this to do compression tests on my 12 year old Dodge Grand Caravan, and a riding mower. This kit is going to last a long time, and I think it is also very complete.

I have about 4 of these and this kit is great and accurate it’s not a harbor freight deal that will give you a bad reading of 60 when it’s 120 for a small outboardGet this one I had it for a few months now just keep it out of the cold the moisture will screw with the dial inside

This gauge has a check valve with a pressure release button, which didn't work at all when I received it. During the cylinder compression test he gauge would register the pressure then immediately go back to 0psi without even pressing the pressure release button. This makes this unusable for a single person job.Also the quick release fittings were so tight that I could barely get the fittings connected. I expected more and was left disappointed. Now I need to buy a different gauge since this one is junk.

I purchased this compression tester to check each cylinder on an old truck. The price was reasonable and the attachments were definitely a plus. This tester saved me thousands of dollars in properly diagnosed cylinder issues. I used on the truck, zero turn mower and Dirt Bike. Bike is a must so I will be able to monitor PSI and know when a top end is needed. Great tool, easy to use and money saver. I would buy it again.

Great product holds pressure for 24 hours but the one thing you should watch out for is that the one pipe connection rotates so when I was using the smallest bit for my dirtbike and i went to take it out the connection spun and I couldn't take it out because the spark plug is in a pipe for 4strokes so in the end I did but now I just tape it so it doesn't spin so if your getting it for your 4stroke TAPE IT TOGETHER

4 stars for not having a little quick disconnect at the gauge. Gonna go buy the guage from princess auto cuz it has that feature. But nice attachments otherwise.

The attachments and extra adaptors with the kit are extremely useful, however they don't hold compression. I changed the Schrader valves in the lines as they seamed weak, and the lines still continue to leak! Makes for innacurate compression measurements and more difficult to do the test alone. Would not buy again unless I was certain this was just a fault with my specific kit.
