I have to say in a market where customer service is continuously dwindling these guys (Vevor) were On It!!! I haven’t had great customer service like this in a while. They’re fixing my problem. They responded so fast and, biggest shocker, they kept me updated! Love to see they’re still businesses like this.“I like well-made products that last long, but you can’t get that these days. As long as your customer service is good that’s the best I can ask for, so I will see how they respond. Otherwise I’ll have to leave this as a one star on my fourth time using this the bottom bolt broke off and bent Where the main bar inserts to the bottom plate. See picture.â€

This thing rocks, bought this specifically for fence post remover. Don't understand the negative reviews? Maybe a dud/lemon perhaps? But for fence posts at a minimum will need this 48" or a 60" be a tad better but 48" is perfect for lugging around and balancing. A 4x4 piece under the flat part will prevent from sinking into the ground. The only small nitpick is to add crush washers to the top piece that looks like a upside down 'L". This piece pushes off the post as jacking it up. And have to use a 5/16" chain at a minimum on wood posts to grip the base. Overall great job Vevor and this price point is better than H.Freight !

I read the posted reviews here before deciding on the Vevor 48" farm style jack. One review stated the up down lever failed right away. I did not see any defects in the lever on mine, it functions correctly. Right out of the box the lever required considerable effort to move to lowering position, a small amount of wheel bearing grease improved ease of use greatly. I did grease the main pins, the 2 that make it function. The two nubs to lock handle on storage position needed lube too. Several times I saw instructions were reviewed negatively, this was not an issue for me. The instructions that came with unit were adequate, and feel that anyone could read and understand. I also purchased a base and handle keeper from Seven Sparta. The handle keeper fits over the main upright but does not fit over the rubber grip in Vevor handle. The metal base on Jack is just a bit to wide for Seven Sparta base stand, see picture. I may remove Jack base and see if bending the angled sections more will improve the base fit. Arrived decently packaged, fully assembled with foam blocks securing. All in all I think it is a good value, for a tool I hope not use off roading, but believe will do the tasks it is designed to do.

Single handed lay building a new garage. With two of these jacks I have been able to lift 24’ and 37’ walls. Easy to use going up or down.

This farm jack made by Vevor that was sent me was, to my mind, defective. The handle would not lower and therefore would not operate properly. There is a nub that is suppose to keep the handle from flopping down, but through some defect it would not release. Since I did not want to damage the jack I contacted the manufacturer. It was quite difficult to work with them as I could only communicate by chat. It was not easy having to explain by chat and to send videos of the problem. The agent knew nothing about the jack so he had to forward the info to another department amd was told they would get back to me in 24 to 72 hours. I never received anything after this time so I called back and was told that I would have to send more videos. I was not interested in prolonging this ordeal so I returned the item to Amazon. I was given credit for the item but the amount was reduced by a damage fee. It was not damaged. I never used the jack because it was in my opinion, damaged. Just glad to be rid od the thing.

Virtually unstoppable, it's pulled out fence posts, tipped a car on its side for welding, moved a shed with stuff still in it, lifted a (lightly) loaded shipping container for levelling, and still looks almost new.
