First Jack Kit arrived, I put in the SUV. I had a low tire, found a screw in the tread. Took the New Jack out, discovered it would not work. When you operate the pump it immediately falls down, every stroke?I Checked the valve - closed, checked fluid - full, bad seals internal to Jack!Fortunately I was not at the side of a highway on our planned 1500 mile trip.The Amazon return period had not expired.Amazon agreed to replace the Jack, and provide a shipping label, but it cost me $18.34 to have UPS package it in a box.The original box arrived torn up so I recycled it.The second Jack arrived, this box was falling apart too. I checked the operation, it seems to work, but I still have to subject it to a load to test it.Still on the hook for $18.34 extra! Not happy!

The jack is perfect. It is not small. It’s not large is right in the middle. It works great thank you

returned, Great jack but, could not jack up boat wheel to be able to change tire. Felt that putting the jack on a piece of 2x6 to get the height was not safe. I didn't figure in the lifting height to lift axel.
