These are a good quality, arrived individually wrapped in plastic and stacked inside a styrofoam liner in the cardboard shipping box. No damage upon arrival.I'm using these in a maple sap evaporator setup and the depth plus surface area is a great combination for speeding things along. Stainless steel means high temp tolerance and easier to clean.Put a piece of cardboard between each one when stacking for storage or you won't be able to get them apart without some kind of magic.

Overall the product functionality is awesome it heats up fast and evenly. My only complaint is it takes 7 days for the pans to get to me and I’m a prime member 🤔 and from MN.

It comes scratched and I am pretty sure the gage of the material is not what is described. It feels very flimsy compared to other brands that advertise same gauge.

I use these styles of pans in my non-food-related business. I did not realize they make them this thin when ordering. Due to time constraints, I needed to use them regardless in order to finish the project I had otherwise they would have been sent back. A couple of the pans were left with water in them and they did start to rust in a couple of small places where there were tiny scratches from use. I mean, I am using them but do not see them nearly the quality of other brands I have purchased. Depending on your need, they could work well.
