This Vibration Plate Exercise Machine is awesome. I love it. It's not too heavy and very easy to move around. I love that it comes with a remote control and I don't have to bend down to turn it on or adjust the mode or speed. I love that it helps to get my circulation going and helps relieve the pain in my legs and my kneesI I look forward to using it often. Especially after a long day of teaching and being on my feet. I haven't noticed anything yet as far as weight loss or toning, but I am sure that will come in time. I just love how my body feels while using it and after. If I haven't said it yet, I love this thing. Lol I would absolutely recommend. Definitely worth the buy!

This machine is fantastic, been using it for 3 weeks . Easy to use . Has good settings and easy to use remote. I have been using it for 3 weeks it’s gives different instructions for workouts. And shows target areas of body with each setting / stance . Not supper loud . Different speed and intensity settings . I have seen a noticeable difference in the cellulite on my buttocks and back of thighs since using .

I absolutely love that this thing is compact and can be stored away after use. What other exercise equipment can do that? I plug it in and set it on the workout schedule, number 3 is my favorite because it's intense enough it feels like it's doing it's job! It's easy to use, easy to set up, and easy to store! This specific comes with a remote, but doesn't have to have it to operate as it has buttons on the device as well. This was well thought out and totally worth the money!

There are several reasons why I gave one star. The remote is very cheap and I was worried about breaking it before I could remove the back. Batteries were not included, and no instructions as to what size to use. The power cord is only about two feet long so make sure to have a heavy duty extension cord available.The next issue I have is there is a lengthy list as to the medical reasons why you should not use the vibrator plate, in the description it is reported that the plate is beneficial. The vibrator plate does vibrate but almost to the point of being uncomfortable.

It’s functional and works great. It is easy to use .This is great value for your moneyIt's built very stable.Will need more time to see results but seems like it will be a great workout tool for balance and core training!. Happy with performance .This item is very easy to use. It's very functional, not too heavy, so easy to move helps with the inflammation in my legs.

I was skeptical, but it is easy to use. Great value for your money! It's sturdy and worth the price tag. I like that it suctions to the floor for safety. It has several customizable levels to help with your exercise routine. There is a remote to adjust speed and preferences. It does not disappoint!

This vibration plate was a great addition to my workout routine! Very easy to use and the remote makes it easy to adjust levels. Suction cups on bottom of machine keeps it steady throughout the workout! Would definitely buy again!
