I used to use tongs or a large serving fork to carve roasts and other large meats. I splurged in a new knife block and decided to get this to accompany it. I’m very glad I did.I never used one of these prior to my purchase so I did not know how much of a difference it would make. This easily slides into meat and will stay put, holding a large roast in place as you carve. This is not an essential tool but it is a great quality of life improvement. I really enjoy cooking and this is a great tool that makes the final stage before dinner that much better. It is very easy to clean and I have no issues with the grip. I have very large hands and have no issues with this. It fits into an average cutout in my knife block.

This Swiss-made carving fork matches the high-quality knives with the Fibrox handles. It's quite sharp and well made. These knives and their accessories are an excellent value as they are super sharp, extremely durable and professionally designed. The only downside is the price has gone up as they have been noticed by cooking shows and culinary experts!

This carving fork is made very well. It is a sturdy fork and works as expected. I roast quite a few chickens and hams, so I get a lot of use out of this carving fork. The handle is just the right size for my uses, but if you want to use it on a turkey or something larger than what I typically roast, you might order it with the longer handle. I like that the grip on the fork has a little bit of texture on it so that when your hands get greasy, they don't slip. It's a very well made fork.

Based on recommendations in "Cooks Illustrated" magazine, I've collected several Forschner (now Victorinox) knives with Fibrox handles. I got this fork to help when carving hams and turkeys for a very large Christmas party at work (we fed about 300 this year!). The fork met almost all my expectations. My only disappointment--and it is a minor one--is that the handle is the smooth, semi-glossy black plastic rather than the thicker matte "Fibrox" handle on my knives. Nevertheless, the fork is comfortable in the hands and is sturdily constructed. I have no regrets and would recommend this carving fork to anyone looking for a quality fork at a very affordable price.

Beautiful, simple kitchen tool. Perfect size-not huge, not tiny. Clean lines, Great to wash. Quality seems extremely good and the design is fine yet refrained from anything that “shouts†at you.

I expected a better product. These are just a flat piece of metal with a plain handle. No curve, no offset, on ergonomic feeling handle. There is clearly some thing going on with this company, I have purchased many Victorinox products over the years and they have always had an in-tangible feel of high quality and design. These do not have that feel, nor do they even look like they are quality made. Not worth 30.00

Goes well with my Victorinox Granton edge knife 12inch. same great nonslip handle. but is expensive and doesnt come with safety protectors on the fork end so kept it in the box for safe storage in the drawer. Expensive but a nice set.

This was my first multi-pronged fork and I didn't feel comfortable jumping right into a 3 or 4 pronged fork. The two tines performed just as I had hoped and the durable black handle removed any remaining insecurities. I think I might try one of their knives next.

Práctico, de buen tamaño y de alta calidad.Muy recomendable para enrollar la pasta y lograr una mejor presentación al emplatar; lógicamente para pinchar y cortar logra su objetivo.
