This is a very useful tool. It is solidly built, nicely finished, and functions very well. I bought one a while back, and recently bought a second.You can of course use it for dialing in the lift of all sorts of things. I especially like it for hanging and removing doors because it allows very fine control.

Out of the box this tool is beefy and well made. Does it lift? You betcha! I used to pull an iron stake from the ground that would have normally not been possible to pull out without a jack. I’ve got a saw in my shop that weighs about 150 lbs and is difficult to lift. These lifted it like it was a feather. The handle squeezing action is very smooth and it’s incredible the torque created by a gentle squeeze. I’ve got other uses for these but it’s interesting how you can turn the blades 180 and you have clamps. These are made in Norway, my favorite country I visited while serving in the US Navy many years ago. These are pricey but you are getting a quality piece of engineering that actually works!

Excellent quality product. Was very helpful when lifting a full China cabinet to place floor slides underneath before moving it around the room. Looking forward to using the Viking Arm Jack more often. May have to purchase a second one to make a set.

Amazing lifting power in a small package. Pricey, but worth it for the need we had. Lift arms are shorter than I would have preferred, but got the job done.We needed to get an ~800 lb, 12x14 gazebo moved and wanted to do it w/o disassembly. In order to do it, we needed to get it lifted up high enough to put automobile dollies under each corner post.Required 2 Viking arm jacks to raise half the posts at a time to get on the dollies. Longer lift arms would have helped, but worked fine and got the job done

Musste ein schweres Tor aus- einhängenHabs zuerst mit billigen Hebern versucht was nicht ging.Mit dem Viking wars super einfach auch das Heben mit einer Hand geht sehr leicht.Beim Runter lassen muss man etwas vorsichtig sein damit es nicht zu schnell geht.Etwas teuer aber trotzdem Wert
