We wanted to have a swing, tried with the stand first but didn't like it. We installed this and enjoying the outdoor time a lot now. It is very light, easy to put together with the instructions.Might look cheap but its worth for the price. You may need to install a rubber tube in the hole of the hand rest where the chain passes through to avoid damaging the wood.

Easy enough to setup but not the highest quality lumber or hardware. I expect it’ll last a year or two. It’s also inexpensive so hard to judge to harshly. I would recommend ordering higher quality threaded chain links as one of them stripped out the threads and bent. For the price it’s fine.

I love this porch swing! It looks good and seems to be high quality for the price! It was challenging to put together but I think that’s because I did it by myself. I would recommend it!

the wood is very thin and weak, almost like plywood. my wife and I combine weigh maybe 400lbs but we cracked one of the planks on the very front after only having the swing for a month. I'll have to add bracing running side to side to keep it from happening again(it doesnt come with ANY left to right support underneath)
