This adapter plate is the best. They look great and fit my siding perfectly. For years all the light fixtures on the outside of my house were sloppily attached to the siding. Now they all look clean and professionally installed. These plates provide you a flat surface to attach most outdoor lighting fixtures to the siding on your house and eliminate the need for massive amounts of caulking or wood trim. The mounting plate is very solid and versatile with multiple different romex punch outs and mounting holes. Very easy to install even if you can't get to the electrical box. Overall I would highly recommend this adapter to anyone looking to install light fixtures on siding or anyone looking to improve the look of their existing siding mounted light fixtures. My house has probably 20 year old siding on it. It did not fit exactly perfect but was able to seal it up w/ silicone. I installed a ring camera in mine. Don't pop out the center hole or you'll run into issues w/ bracket to support it.

The first outside fixture I installed I used large mounting blocks that required removing siding the replace siding . Wasted a whole day on one. Came across these for large fixtures. They not only saves me hours of labor but the cost was a lot cheaper. Highly recommend!!!!!! I0/10
