I have used the same shoulder rest since I started playing at age 10 and has lasted me this long (now 22). I have attempted to use others, but this is the absolute best. Thanks for such a great product!

Beautifully designed (aesthetically), but I didn't like its curve, as it just didn't fit me.It also doesn't fold - not a versatile shoulder rest.

Hello,since I started to play the violin a year and a half ago, I bought an everest shoulder rest, I have to say that I already played two instruments before the violin, the piano and the guitar, so when I started to play my violin I didn't like the sound because I felt like if it where muted in some way and I decided to buy a better shoulder rest and I saw some goods reviews of the VLM Professional and decided to try it. After using it for 2 months I can say that since the first time I used it; the sound of my $850.00 dollars Caprice is total better, now it sounds like a fine violin, I am very very happy with the improvement of the sound, the quality is excellent, it fits perfect, it worth the price.I don't have too much experience with the violin but I can tell you that now my violin sounds beautiful.Gustavo Vela

I saw this shoulder rest when I was trying out different violin at a local luthier's home. His daughter used it when she was playing many years ago. I liked the way it fit so I ordered ones for my daughter. It was easy to adjust to her 3/4 size violin and she found it to be comfortable. Probably the best shoulder rest I've tried so far. I personally use KUN... but I like this better. I'm planning to order another for my self. It is on the expensive side but may be worth the cost.Pro: Good shoulder fit for majority of users, good build quality, good range of adjustabilityCon: ExpensiveWould I recommend to other? Definitely yes
