Notes:

2. 2. The system requires a 48 Volt electrokinetic cell battery with a nominal capacity not less than 11.6Ah.
3. 3. The US regulations dictate that a kit must not exceed the rated power of 750W to be road-legal.
4. Front wheel won't fits to install as rear wheel, and rear wheel won't fits to install as front wheel.
5. For the wheel size, please check the tire parameter printed on the side of original tire, it will usually shows as >>>26 x 1.75"<<<. The front number is the diameter of the wheel installed tire, and the rear number is the tire width.

Some of the more common problems and their usual solutions

Q1, The wheel turns with resistance but I still can turn it:

A1, Two reason might due to this situation, the brake(A1.1) and the motor wire(A1.2).

A1.1, Release the brake and try to turn the hub motor wheel again, and if the resistance gone, the problem solved, if still there, try A1.2 please;

A1.2, There are 3 color wires to control the hub motor: yellow, green and blue, it will generate the resistance while they touch with any other one and make a shortcut, you can try to make them stay alone, and keep them from touching each other via wrap the metal contacts by the green hose or extra insulating tape.

Q2, The wheel turns reverse:

A2, Maybe there's a wrong wiring between the motor control wires, you can try swapping the green and yellow hub motor wires and checking that the motor is still spinning in reverse. You can just ride like that wiring if the problem solved, but if not, please send us your order number, photo(s) about the wiring, and the motor number on the hub motor, we'd like to solve your problem.
