Overall, I think it's a good set. The one I got was missing one of the roller ends, so it couldn't be mounted to the holder. Unfortunately, that was the roller I needed - the paint roller. The mud rollers were assembled correctly, but they weren't part of my first project. The handle is a very good mid sized handle. It pops into place nicely. The trim guard is a new idea to me, but easy to understand/use.The permanent tray is sturdy, for plastic. The liners are a heavy gauge for disposable liners.I think the real issue to consider here is time. Is it worth it to you to pay a premium price to save time on your project? In my case, we had a hard deadline for a homeowners insurance inspection. My honey-do list was long and potentially critical as the insurance companies in California are toeing a hard line on what will pass and what will fail... potentially costing us thousands for failure. To meet my deadline I opted to buy a new 18" roller at the store on one of my supply runs. The larger set really did make quick work of the bigger areas. A definite time saver. The kit is impressive, even giftable the way the present it in a front closing/reclosable box.If the calculus works for you, it's a cool way to save time.

The modest price is worth the large paint roller frame and sturdy pole alone. This saves so much time painting compared to smaller rollers. If you have a whole house to paint and are not using a sprayer, this is the only way to go. The inclusion of a drywall skimming blade and some texture roller covers is a nice bonus. The covers are decent quality, they are usable but nothing special. Go over them with some tape to remove fibers before using, otherwise some will end up in the paint. This is a great deal and will more than pay for itself on the first paint job. Would probably also be great for staining a deck if you have a large one.

Got this set since we are doing a lot of painting around the house. Overall a great set. The paint dish is large and deep to hold a lot of paint for the roller. This roller is larger than normal at 18 Inch so just be sure you are looking for that because that's much larger than the standard size. The paint roller top screw is standard so you can attach it to other bars if you need a longer or shorter one then it comes with. Overall good set if you want a larger roller.

Done a lot of painting over the years and I will say this kit made it a much quicker job and a lot easier to tackle. I had some areas that need filled prior to painting and I have very tall ceiling so the smoothing using the extended rod and smoothing tool made the job much easier and the paint rollers cover well with a much wider coverage so the process was twice as quick. I really like the paint tray. It is very sturdy and no fear of it tipping over or not holding up. If you clean up the components well this kit will last you a very long time. Definitely recommend

This 10-piece paint roller kit by VOOMEY has so many useful tools in it! We have used 18 inch rollers on our projects for years and love the speed and coverage we get with them, but the drywall compound application and smoothing tool is new to us. When we encounter a difficult ceiling that requires multiple thin coats of compound applied over a large area, the foam rollers and smoothing tool will be a huge time saver. One of the difficulties encountered with these super useful 18 inch rollers is effectively storing them wet for use the next day without the rollers drying out. The lidded storage box is the best storage solution we have seen, and this type of adjustable 2-4 foot roller extension handle is the easiest design we have used.

On sale under 65$ is a great deal. Skimming blade and the drywall compound rollers are the best things this set includes. The paint roller is thin and the 18in frame feels pretty decent but I’ve had frames that felt better than this fall apart after some professional use. Not to say it’s super cheap but it’s all plastic pretty much, eventually something will snap. But for a few here and there uses at home you should be fine as long as you’re careful applying pressure.Bucket and tray liner aren’t deep enough for me, 18in is supposed to save time but if have to keep refilling your pan it kinda negates any time you would save if you had the right size tray or bucket. Also no easy carry handle, so definitely seems like it’s for small projects sort of thing.I love the drywall rollers, they help spread mud on a lot quicker, and paired with the skimming blade you can get some good finishes on your work.So overall some good some bad things. Depends on your experience level and goals for this set how you will look at it.Hope this helps
