I've had many dust pans and many brooms. The problem with many dust pans is that the dust pan itself will not lie flat on the floor, so one must sweep multiple times and often still cannot get all of the dust into the dust pan.I have had back surgery and am not supposed to bend my back, so I was looking for a standing dustpan and broom set. The broom is about average for the type of broom it is. Everything is aluminum except the bristles. Other reviewers disparaged the broom because it sounded "tinny" or something similar. Aluminum is a good metal and is perfect for this application because it is lightweight for the amount of strength. The dust pan is excellent. It's metal and has arrived to me perfectly level and straight, so it catches all of the dust and dirt I can brush up. Overall, it's an excellent product. The plastic ones would have just been frustrating, though they would be cool and the pan would swivel straight, and this one does not. That's a very minor price to pay for a dustpan that will actually do the job.

Very nice stainless steel dust pan. Its not too big and not too small. I like the long handle, makes it easy to grab no matter how tall or short you are.

Love the color pick up dust and trash from the barefloor ok but it is very light weight and not very sturdy. I was disappointed because I wanted something more industrial but for light jobs it’s ok. The other thing I did not like is the handle is to short, I had to use 4 handles on the broom to make it useable for someone 5’9. It’s as though it is meant for children

This is so cheap, it weighs basically nothing. The pieces are extremely loose. It snapped in half after just a couple times using it. I would never recommend purchasing this.

Easy to assemble and sturdy. Needed a nice looking broom and dustpan for the pantry. This is perfect. Functional for sweeping up the kitchen. Yet looks good.

This is a very sturdy standup dust pan. I bought this metal dust pan because I wanted to leave it available to me outside on my covered porch. If I had purchased a plastic one, the AZ sun would likely have destroyed it in a year. It's light but very sturdy. Exactly what I was looking for. A plus is that you can make it shorter by eliminating 1 stem which I have done. If the stems loosen I'll just use a small piece of Vent Tape (aluminum tape to secure it so it won't loosen. This tapes adhesive does not breakdown in heat/cold like some other tapes.

The broom is super short I feel like I’m bending down while using it and the dust pan does not Collapse so it is very bulky and takes up a lot of space overall it’s good quality. Just wish the handles were longer.

I read all the reviews on this dustpan before I purchased. The number 1 complaint about this product is, the handle keeps coming undone under use. The solution for this for any future person who buys this is, USE LOC-TITE! I put Loc-Tite on all the handle threads before I assembled them. They are rock solid and I have been using this now for almost a month. Loc-Tite on the threads that screw into the dust pan and Loc-Tite on every piece of the handle thread. You won't have any more problems! I am happy with my purchase, Heavy duty construction and is made of Stainless Steel!

Encontré este producto buscando opciones de productos de limpieza que combinaran con la estética de mi departamento. Lo sé, es solo una escoba y recogedor, que se usará para limpiar - pero son cosas que vienen con la edad =) Mi misión es coordinar todo y eliminar todo lo que me distraiga visualmente. Entonces, este combo cumple con la parte estética y el cepillo de la escoba me encanta - es muy flexible y recoge todo en su camino. Dicho eso, la escoba está muy chaparrita (117 cm) No se me ocurrió mirar la altura porque pensaba que se trataba de una medida estándar de escoba. Estoy considerando buscar un palo de reemplazo pero no he visto algo parecido. Solo por el tema de la altura le otorgo 4/5.
