yikes this is over priced. But I wanted a matching fork for my knife set and I love the curved fork so it is knot in the way of my eye sight and cutting blade.To bad it has to sit in my drawer rather than with the knives in the butcher block.

This fork is designed to be used, heavy duty construction, excellent balance, just the right taper on the prongs to make it fully functional both to carve and to saute--it'll easily lift a 5 lb roast with no worries. Beautiful craftsmanship, with no gaps or spaces between the handle grips and the fork metal. It is a well-designed, perfectly executed piece.

Added this to my son and DIL's knife set. I like that it is flat, not curved. The only problem is that it is a skosh too wide to fit in the knife block.

Wie immer Super Qualität von Wüsthof.Die Fleischgabel ist sehr stabil und liegt gut in der Hand auch ein Schwerer Braten ist damit gut zu bändigen.
