They are very easy to install and work very well. The give when your antenna gets a branch, protects your antenna from breaking. They look good too.

I bought these to replace a worn out CB antenna spring which I've had for at least 10 years. The old one still looked ok after being exposed to the elements but obviously the spring was weak from all the flexing it went through. These new springs are strong and hold upright my 5 1/2 foot antenna at freeway speeds BUT the top of the spring is already rusting. So far the rust hasn't affected the antenna continuity to the cable, but we'll see how well it will hold up in a year or two. The spring itself seems ok, no rust.... just the top where the antenna screws into it.

It works well. However, it rusts very fast after a rain or 2. I would've given this 5 stars, but because it rust so easily I'm giving it 3 stars.
