Fits almost exactly like the factory. I noticed the reduction in size on inlet. I don’t think this will change much for me.

Both ends came bent due to shippers must have dropped it. it is SS. I straightened it out. Cut pipes off at old muffler preserving MBRP muffler for reuse. Then used sawzall to slice inside of pipe carefully so as not to score muffler and used tire wrench slid in to snap it out. used a galvanized steel pipe held inside muffler end and whacked out the crimps so it can slide back into pipe. I combined this with the MBRP muffler that used to be the muffler in front at the downpipe. Nice sound outside truck at idle. Driving is really noticeably quieter than just the SS MBRP muffler. PO had replaced entire exhaust with MBRP, the Walker fit fine using the existing pipes. My tailpipe rod hanger had to go above, not below the rubber block as it is a MBRP tailpipe. Also remove the muffler rubber blocks, use some marine grease on the rod holes and rod hangers, slide muffler onto pipe, push up and slip rubber blocks on by hand to hold muffler works well.I recommend using all band clamps, they do not crimp pipes. I also recommend sealing joints with Permatex Ultra copper put on the pipe ends that slide into the joints. Will survive the heat, seal out water from rusting things together.

Super easy to install. Out with the old, in with the new, tighten things down and viola. I did both the muffler and the tailpipe with a grinder w/a cutoff wheel but otherwise basic hand tools.

My primary issue with the muffler is that on the inlet they step down the diameter of the pipe. It was not needed in the design and does not match stock. This will ad some restrictions to the exhaust but I'm not sure of the impact. They should of used the same design as the outlet. I also think the mounts are off a little bit but it's on my truck. I don't think I would of bought it if I knew about the mentioned problems.

Direct replacement for OEM, truck sounds great no issues with installation!Recommend for anybody replacing stock muffler and the price was cheaper then any parts store in town.

Normally I find stuff to be ridiculously priced on Amazon compared to Ebay or other places.This was an exception to that rule. Great price and exactly as described and easily installed.I agree with what others have suggested. Do not waste your time with regular muffler clamps , use the wider band clamps that give you an easier, and more secure install.

fits and sounds quieter than the old rusty one, and was an exact match up for my 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 long box.only small problem was the pipe was a bit pushed in from shipping so had to bang it out to fit.
