My granddaughter, 3 years old, is obsessed with clocks. Not sure why, other than she loves Hickory Dickory Dock. So, for Christmas she told everyone she wanted a pink Cuckoo clock. I honestly never thought I would find one. I was so surprised when I found this that I ordered it immediately. It is cute and has actually stood up very well to the abuse of a child who often wants to hear the cuckoo at random times. It was a reasonable price for the quality. It was the most perfect clock ever for my Granddaughter, who loves it.

I bought one at another big store years ago in the same bright yellow. The cuckoo worked for only a few days. It was just a studio clock, so I didn't return it. Bought this one because my toddler granddaughter liked my real wooden one from Germany. The black numbers had flecks of paint missing in some places, but no big deal. I tried THREE fresh packs of batteries, followed the simple initial time-setting directions and while the clock would operate two out of three times, nothing happened but a little "click" on the hour. Had two other household members do the same to be sure it wasn't just me. I just packed it up and returned it. Looking around online, I'm seeing this everywhere under a different name. So frustrating and so very expensive for something that doesn't work.

Purchased for my office. Makes me smile. Small clock so keep this in mind. I only put in two batteries and thus the clock doesn’t go off every hour nor does the bird come out. This is my preference. I like the look of the clock without the noise - which is an option. I’ve had for at least 6 months and no problems. Came in a very cool box that I kept just in case I ever need to store it. 10/10 purchase.

Love the vintage style and the bright yellow of this clock. Yes it is plastic, not wood. It would be cuter if the cuckoo was mechanical and actually opened it's beak instead of the whole bird just coming out. BUT is does take use C batteries, it comes with basic instructions to set it up (but they're actually quite confusing and not very detailed), and the volume control has no indication on it as to high or low, so you just have to spin it around, guessing. When I contacted the Walpus customer service, it seemed like they weren't even located in England as it's advertised, because their command of the English language was suspect. As a whole kind of a lot of fuss for a clock which should be easy to use but isn't.

I love the looks of this clock.It looses 1 minute everyday for some reason. We've reset it several times.It currently coo- coos at 11:29; 12:29 ect.

El reloj es horterilla pero tiene su punto, funcionamiento perfecto. Ideal de volumen , no como otros más caros que casi ni se oye. volumen regulable, lo tengo en el cuarto de los niños y les encanta, una pega no tiene minutera y vas un poco perdido, más que la hora exacta es para recordarte que pasan las horas.
