The result is great! Meat simply shakes off the bones! And the broth is first rate! Then we did another batch and got the same great result! From start (filtered water with refrigerated chicken drumsticks and thighs) to finish (after pressure valves released on their own), it takes about an hour and half for a batch. We timed about 30 minutes of pressured cooking time to ensure the meat comes off the bones. Much much faster than four hour slow-cooking with a non-pressure cooker.A note: We filled water up to the Maximum mark only - no grease or grime ever comes close to the pot rim and the dome of the lid remains clean after cooking! And always press both ends of the lid (you'll hear excess air escaping around the silicon ring) before turning the handle to lock it in place.To sum it up: Great product! 14 qt is worth it for cooking large quantity of food.p.s. I thought I bought the wrong size because it is too big. After I tested it, I realized that it is really the right size especially cooking a large amount of meat. I loved it and using it 3x a week cooking my favorite "milk fish" sardines. You can never go wrong with this product, so sturdy, easy to clean, and easy to use. Thank you seller for this wonderful product. I recieved my pressure cooker on time and delivered well-packed. This product I definitely recommend!

Since I purchased it 2023, this product has been leaking whenever it starts accumulating pressure (water exploding all over my kitchen). I tried replacing the rubber seal replacement that came with the product but the same thing. No w Iam afraid to use this product due to sudden burst of pressure and hot water whenever i use it. Iam willing to compromise with seller if they can advise a solution to this expensive pressure cooker that I can use without fear of getting injured. I am hoping they will respond to me otherwise, do not buy this product, for safety issues and unreliability.

The pot is big and holds alot, it works great but food get easily stuck to the bottom. They say it's stainless steel but I see a little rust building up on the top. It's a decent pot for the price

I am very impressed with the quality of this item. It feels very solid and sturdy. It works very well and it also comes with spare seals, and spare screws for the handles. This is very nice. In a few years the seals will need changing and it is very nice to have spare ones ready. The spare screws might also be handy. I already lost a screw on the handle of my old aluminum pressure cooker and it was a pain to find a replacement that fits.I already have a brand name pressure cooker, but it is made out of aluminum. I read there is a link between aluminum and the Alzheimer disease. Since that disease runs in my family, I don't want to take any chances.

This pan has a great surface area to contact your burner and sears meat and vegetables beautifully.Great for making a big batch of chilli to freeze or for large families. All with the benefit of fast high pressure cooking.
