RIDICULOUS. Purchased a $700 water dispenser, yet only to realize once the filter is used up I will be forced to replace the whole machine because they are not selling the filter replacement. It's been almost half a year since the filter expired and need replacement. Still nothing.*Update: Finally get in touch with someone who really tried to understand the situation instead of replying "Just buy it here" with an out-of-stock link. I have updated from 1 to 3-star for that specific customer support member. Not 5 because it still takes months just to get a replacement filter.
