installed in Mercedes Sprinter (under passenger consumption) have been using for more than 1 month in turbo mode))) heats up, autonomously... does not drain the battery before starting the battery 13.1 ... works at night... in the morning the battery is 12.9 - excellent, very economical

What I liked, The remote worked flawlessly, and that’s where it ends. It comes with horrible instructions, finally got it to working and took it out for its first cool night out. It did great. Second night not so much. Good thing it didn’t get as cold. The unit would not fire up the second night. No changes were made. Everything exactly as it was the night before but it kept shutting down and throwing different error coder. After 45 min of messing with it, I went back to the old faithful propane heater. Very disappointed.

The heater arrived well packaged and in good condition. Upon opening the box i discovered there are no instructions or a parts list, it is impossible to know if all the parts are in the kit or not.Sure, there is YouTube, thank goodness and numerous videos which makes the possibility of installing correctly much greater. Still, every video is a little different so your results may vary.I have not been able to see if this heater works because of installation and assembly difficulties. These difficulties are numerous, the assembly hardware is not very good, some of the hose clamps were broken before using, the supplied fuel line doesn't fit any of the fuel line components, parts, screws, studs, and other miscellaneous junk...Apparently there used to be a different fuel line that turned out to be too flexible and would collapse shutting off the fuel shutting off the heater or causing error codes. There is supposed to be a new fuel line, white in color, that is stiffer and will not collapse. In the box i was supplied some white fuel hose but the inside diameter is so small it will not fit any of the other fuel supply components. Wrong fuel line guys! With the correct fuel line acquired and installed the electrical system will be hooked up and hopefully it will work. but right now, i am kinda doubtful, fingers crossed.Update, I was able to get the heater working yesterday. Don't really know how because the supplied controller doesn't look like any of the one in the book or on the tube of You. But it did run and with the key fob I was able to run it at different temperatures for a little over an hour and it seems to produce remarkable heat and sips fuel. Today I will try to figure out what the control panel buttons do and what all the numbers mean.

Ran this for 13 hours and it berley used any fuel. Heated our 32 foot fifth wheel better than the furnace. I would like to see some better fuel hoses and filter expect I will be charging them out soon. Was fairly easy to install, but the instructions flat suck and there is not enough hot air hose. We also used the turret mount and would definitely suggest going that route to protect the floor. All in all pretty happy it works.

I spent $100 more on this over the Vevor for one main reason: It uses the standard 3-pin non-proprietary controller. This means that you can upgrade and tune the controller. It seems to run rich and the fan speed settings are not right, but this is normal for these heaters, with this one you can change it. It works fine out of the box. There are two things they could have included: An add a circuit for the electrical connection, and a sticker to act as a template for drilling the holes. I made my own template, hope that's useful to someone. A hole saw would have been nice too.The manual is great quality, I held onto it and referenced it for some things like activating the pump primer and changing from Hz to temperature mode. The manual does mention having the fuel tank above the pump, but I'm told this is unnecessary.I took off one star because the pump is supposed to be less noisy, but I seem to have received a standard one.My plan was to use the metal gas tank siphon included with the included plastic tank, but I couldn't get it to work. I think it's better to only have a hole at the top of the tank, not at the bottom in case of leaks, but I couldn't do that with the included parts, unless I put the metal pickup in the cap of the tank.Tip: When installing the fuel tap push your fuel hose through the hole you drilled, and out of the filler hole. Now attach your fuel tap and simply pull it through the hole. Make sure the o-rings are super clean, as well as where they seat. You have to hold onto the nozzle to tighten up the nut. To avoid marring it, install a small piece of hose and a pipe clamp. Hold onto the pipe clamp with pliers. If you use this, be sure to buy a CO detector or two.
