Dishwasher Carrier and Roller Kit WD28X27241Compatible with GE Dishwasher
The WD28X27241 Carrier and Roller Kit is designed to be used in the lower rack of a dishwasher, it attaches to the lower dishrack and allows you to roll the bottom rack back and forth on the rails. If your dishwasher cannot clean the dishes properly; the lower dishrack will not pull out or push in; noisy when rolling the dishrack; you can choose to replace the dishwasher lower rack wheels assembly.

These were a perfect fit for our dishwasher! After one of the wheels fell off and melted to the heating element We were worried we'd have to buy a whole new inside assembly. We were thankful to find the pieces we needed at such a great value. They were easy to install, they work great, and the quality is holding strong!

This is the second one of these I bought. The first one was from a different company, for which I wrote a review. It kept coming off and nearly started a fire. THIS ONE has been on for three whole days and hasn't come off! Yay!They seem like the same thing, but apparently they're not. I still won't run the DW if I'm not home, at least for a while.

My wife melted the OEM one that fell off during a cycle (common for this dishwasher from brand new). The new one has solved two problems: replaced the melted one and clips on very tight as to not pop off anymore. The original is a factory defect.

I have a terrible situation with a very expensive GE Cafe dishwasher that still runs super well but the lower rack rusted like crazy ... so the wheels that hold the rack came off. This lower rack carrier kit (pack of 2) was not designed for this specific model but with some ingenuity I was able to fit it into this unit and it has been a life saver. The part is exactly as advertised, the dimensions are accurate, and the material withstands the environment in the dishwasher without a problem. This is a great solution to extend the life of your machine without having to buy a whole new dishwasher.

I searched high and low for replacement wheels for our GE Profile dishwasher. These are available on Amazon for as much as $47.00 for two. These are the same and a fraction of the price.

I bought a set of four for value per unit, thinking I might need to replace all four corners. There’s no difference with original parts and my part number was not even listed as compatible in the list.I can melt the wheels three more times now that I have multiple spares haha!
