So many of these sorts of pans are undersized. Think like 'twinkie' sized, not good for a hot dog. These are perfect and release easy enough w/o oiling the pan (let them cool a bit).

These are great to make hotdog type buns in. They are easy to use and easy to clean. The buns came right out of the molds when I took them out. I am very happy with these molds. They are nice and sturdy and should last a life time.

I liked this mold because it was thick, sturdy, and extremely well made. Unfortunately, my keto bread recipe I wanted to make hot dog buns with - was a disaster - but the silicone mold was a champ. Given time, I can fix my recipe but I sure cannot blame this silicone mold as it did its job perfectly. Easy to use, heavy duty, easy to remove food, easy to clean, and looks like it will last for a long, long time. This is a no-brainer if you need this kind of mold. I will look again at the manufacture and will likely buy from this outfit again if I need another silicone mold. I hope they make other shapes the same quality as this one, and do not back off on the quality to try to make more money. These reviews are one of the only ways we can inform ourselves when a product is of high quality, and sort out the wheat from the chaff.

I gave this a 5-star review because the product worked great and the buns I made didn't stick to the mold. However, because I am trying to limit my intake of wheat products, I tried making hotdog buns out of almond flour. And the hotdog buns made out of almond flour did NOT work (my fault and not the company's fault). So just fair warning: these will make GREAT hotdog buns if they're made out of flour. But I won't try making them with almond flour again! :)

This worked really well, everything came out really easily, and it was super easy to clean.The one thing I will say is that if you are making gluten-free buns with a very, very slack dough/batter, be aware that the depressions are on the shallow side so you might want to look for something deeper to allow it to rise without spreading. (If your dough is firmer and shapeable, it'll do better in this pan.)

This hot dog bun mold is fairly easy to use but takes a little bit of scrubbing to clean. I am not sure if I should be greasing the mold or not but I have been. It is easy to store since it can be folded in half.

Love these have used them twice and the buns pop right out no problem no extra flour or oil just don't put in oven over 400* degrees F

I use these to make muffins, small bread loaves, anything that uses a batter, crustless pumpkin pie, choc. peanut butter bars, so many things. The food cooks well, removes easily, never had any problems with multiple uses. I do put them on a tray to bake as they are soft, but the softness makes them foldable so they take very little room in my cabinet. Very good product.

Works well, bakes nicely and cleans so easily. Exactly what I was looking for. I use them to rise the dough, then just pop them into the hot oven. The size and shape of the buns are perfect for hot dogs or mini-subs.

The first batch of hotdog buns I made, I used 110 grams of dough in each one. That was way, way too much. The dough proofed up and over the sides, and they were too thick to make a good hotdog bun. So I drenched them in garlic butter and cheese for mini breads you sometimes see at Italian restaurants.For my second batch, I used 75 grams of dough. Your mileage may vary greatly, of course, I'm just mentioning what worked for me. We typically have jumbo frank style hotdogs, and they were the perfect fit. The were identical Iength. I sprinkled on some sesame seeds and my roommate thought I got them from the bakery. Honestly, they were better than bakery in terms of the shape.Very happy, I absolutely recommend.
