Very nice quality belt! My waist is 28" without pants. My size is Small if I go with the seller's size chart. But after reading all the reviews, I decided to size up and ordered a Medium. The medium is ok, but not tight, but it is supposed to be tight to provide a better support. I returned it and ordered a Small and it fits me perfectly! So the seller's measurements description is correct!

Belt is good. Disappointed that states you get free wrist wraps. Amazon sent me a new replacement, and the new package arrived again without the wrist wraps. I gave up and just counted it as a loss.
