I’m surprised how sturdy this this thing is for the price, installation is not complicated but it’s also not easy, getting the unit into place requires working around the tail pipe and one of the cable assemblies, make sure you have the right tools like extension and possibly torque wrench (see pics), the wrench is more for the leverage cuz the bolts are tight and hard to accessOnce in place it snaps up out of the way and you can use your foot to pull it down (pics show this)The height of the step made getting into the bed comfortable

Much cheaper than the Mopar version. Quality seems great, very solidly made. Fits my 2020 Ram 1500 (NOT “Classicâ€) perfectly and is reasonably easy to move from “stored†position to “stepâ€.Installation wasn’t bad. Hardest part was disconnecting and reconnecting the wiring that had to move. It’s not immediately obvious how the connector comes apart, so I recommend watching a relevant YouTube video. I found one that showed how it comes apart. Other than that, pretty straightforward.Recommend it!

At first, it looked like a good item. Held my weight and seemed sturdy. Like some other reviews, this item lost 2 of its hinge bolts and the product already has a lot of rust. Everything was installed correctly. Rather suprised at the rust, during August its barely rained! Installed for about 3 weeks. Garbage.Update: Contacted by seller. They sent me a whole new setup, and fast. Time will tell how it holds up. As for customer service; very good.

The family went in on this step for our father's birthday. We got one for a 2023 Ram 1500. I put it on with the help of my Dad on a nice day the summer of 2024. It took 2 of us to get it on correctly. But it was worth the time & cooperation. It's been a great addition. He uses it often to get in & out of the truck-bed easier. I would recommend this brand if you're considering buying one for your truck.

Great step. There when you need it and hidden when you don’t! Quick to install. I no longer have to get my step ladder out to get in the bed. Seems very sturdy.

Very happy with this bed step! Easy how to steps, awkward to install with loosening and tightening the bolts but overall not bad install. Looks and fits identical to Mopar part, definitely recommend.

Assurer vous avant l'installation que tout est bien droit, la pièce qui se fixe au camion était légèrement tordu, probablement lors du transport, j'ai dû la redressé pour réussir l'installation. Sinon ça fonctionne très bien. Pour cela seulement 2 étoiles
