This is fun for the little ones, but we needed more instructions. Even after we watched a few youtube videos, my God daughter and I couldn't make it work. The first brick of clay ended up in the trash. Later I learned that we just needed to let the mud dry out. But my God daughter was COVERED in mud! LOL and she loved it.But i realized I made a mistake doing this inside. Next time we will go outside.Because of the mess, I'm not that eager to get back to it. But she is LOL She really enjoyed using the rotating plate, but i think it was a bit too fast for her, even at the lowest settings. She is 6 and I think she will make a better bowl if we didn't use it. Each time we used it, the bowl would quickly become a plate! LOL.This toy is a lot of fun, and I love doing creative things with her. But it makes a mess! Especially if you accidently use to much water.

Fun to play my kids loves it. They spend so much play time by making pots. It's great to have for kids to keep them away from tv screen. The price is affordable and nice to buy as birthday gift. Good quality material is used.

The Unicorn Pottery Wheel for Kids set is an excellent gift option for a child. Although it is recommended for children aged 8 and above, even my 3- and 4-year-olds enjoy it with some assistance from me.The power cord is a bit shorter than I would prefer, but it does not detract from the fun. I initially thought it might be rechargeable, but it needs to remain plugged in. Additionally, you will need a plug for the USB cable as it is not included.The set is made of plastic but is sturdy, and the clay adheres well to it. The box does not contain any instructions, but the instructions are printed on the box itself and are easy to follow. It has been a while since I have done any pottery, so the instructions were a helpful reminder that water is necessary.The set includes tools for carving, a sponge, and thread for cutting the clay. There is also an adorable apron that is sufficient coverage for the kiddo. The four packets of clay included are appreciated and should last for a while. There are two different shades, one darker and one lighter.The wheel has two speeds and is very easy to control. I placed the created pieces on a piece of plastic so they do not stick once fully dry. I am looking forward to decorating them with the included paints and glitter stickers.This set provides great fun and is an excellent entertainment toy for when children need an activity. I highly recommend covering the workspace to avoid messes on furniture.I highly recommend this product and hope you find my review helpful.

Ok, it does work. Not great, but it works. My 9 year old daughter has fun with it and has never used a pottery wheel of any kind before, so she's thrilled. As a parent, I think the motor is really slow and if you press on the clay too hard it bogs it down and stops. As for a cute little toy with low expectations, it's a hit.

This thing is so cheap it had my daughter and I arguing. It does not spin at the rate it should for the product that is sent along with it. Meaning the clay is too heavy for molding. Had high hopes because it was a new thing but it will go in the trash. Also did not receive all of the tools that were supposed to come with it so I had to get crafty.

The kids have been into arts and crafts and all things in creative.They've never done pottery before but they surely enjoyed this. The set included everything they needed to get going. It was a little harder for my 4 year old but my 7 year old was able to handle it without any issues.This would also make a great gift for other kids as well.
