Fits over my 2017 ram 3500 Cummins cap/push open door thing. Good and cheap. Keeps the moisture out. Would reccomend.

I did add a cable to this to keep the Gas Pump Attendants from leaving my cap at the pump. with the magnet, it stays on the truck while they fill it up.

It would take a real deluge to get water into the gas tank and when I purchased this truck used it had a cap like this. I wish there was a connection between the cap and the truck to help avoid me leaving it sitting on the bed rail. This cap fits snuggly and unlike the one I had before it has an o-ring. It even came with an extra o-ring. It makes my truck feel complete again!

Just to be absolutely clear, I have a 2013 RAM 2500 6.7l Cummins (California & Federal emissions package intact), 4X4, shorted, Laramie Longhorn trim level.When the o-ring is seated in the groove of the nozzle end of the cap, it is too small in diameter to compress the o-ring. As a result, the cap is loose in the filler neck of the truck. I thought perhaps the magnet would secure the cap but it does not.The design is adequate but the neck of the cap & o-ring are undersized for the application.Waste of money, embarrassing too since I gave one to my son for Christmas.Edited / The cap fits my son's 2017 RAM, but I'm forced to return mine.

I left my cap somewhere in Montana on my way to Arizonaand needed to replace it. This one was a perfect fit for my truck. It does come with an extra rubber o ring.

It’s decent could have been a tad longer maybe 1/4 inch longer but still decent product even has an extra oring
