My reel look great other then the dent on One side of the reel, reel still working just fine, the package was really poor design to protect the reel from getting damage.

I have mine mounted in the bed off my truck on a skid worked for awhile then the hose it comes with is weather cracked an is leaking in 8 different places had to cut off 25 foot just to salvage it definitely would spend money on something thall last!
