I'm honestly kicking my own butt right now for not doing this about 25 years ago! I worked in an auto shop for my entire adult life and used an air hose reel every single day. I bought this for my home garage. I don't expect a $60 reel to function like a $600 reel. If you do, you're fooling yourself. This arrived in good condition and functions every bit as well as I'd expect it to. I LOVE how long the hose is! I have only one complaint. After working 40 years in an environment full of chemical fumes, I'm not the least but sensitive to them. But I gotta tell you, this hose stinks! I've unreeled it fully a few times now and dragged it outside to try and air it out. It's better now, but I can still smell it. If you're sensitive to chemical odors, be prepared!

after 3 months it will not retract.. very cheap.. stay away from this one, can not find out about a warranty.. please don't buy, you will be sorry in a few months..

I like the design, i think the mounting brk should be able to be removed and attached to the wall or ceiling without being attached to unit as a whole
