I'm 6'2", 225 lbs. I need my shorts to at least cover half my knee, if not a tiny bit beyond. I just don't like the look of shorts above the knee. These were a pretty well-made, quality product. The cotton isn't too thin, and also not too thick to become hot. The 36 fit absolutely perfect at the waist, and I like the option of adding a belt, of using the Internal drawstring, which is a feature I've never seen or tried before. Also, I absolutely LOVE the light blue color. I'll likely go back and order another pair in the rose/red color. Would highly recommend.

Use for pickle ball. come just below the knee. Like my shorts this length. Heavier fabric than most shorts I see. Could easily be worn any where. Uses snaps on all its many pockets. Like that better than velcro. Came in tacked no rips or cuts, Zipper a little stiff ran some zipper lubricant over it and works just fine.

I really do like these shorts overall. They are about the only shorts I wear, have several pair.The except….The zippers are very easy to rip. I have probably had 3-4 pair where the zippers have ripped. Very cheap there! The rest of the shorts are good material, not cheap and thin like some others, like the fit. However even with that major flaw, I seem to just keep buying new ones to replace them. I think after the next pair that do the exact same thing I will be looking for something different. Just wish the zippers were better quality then they would be a 5 star.

I just love these shorts I just got back from a 12 city trip and washed and wore them almost every day.Sadly , I experienced a mechanical failure in the zipper. I will order a new pair. I wish the waist cord was longer, just a few inches.

The fit was fine and the quality seemed pretty good. However the color was not even close to what is shown or stated. They are supposed to be Khaki and that's what they look like in the ad. But in reality they are much closer to yellow. I returned these shorts and I'm hoping to find a true Khaki in another brand.

I bought 3 pair of these shorts in navy blue for work after looking at several different brands. The reviews looked good and the price was reasonable. Ok lets list the cons after 2 weeks.* The size isn't that great. I wear a 36 in every other short on the market. These are really tight and the button isn't the best when you gotta suck your gut in. FF btw so I'm in pretty good shape* WASH THESE SHORTS SEPERATE!!!!! For real cause my lighter colored shorts in black and white camo are now urban black and blue, my grey ones have turned into steel blue and my dark khaki colored ones didn't change for some reason but have blue seams now* 2 washes and 2 wears now for each pair. All are badly faded and look like I've had them for 2 years rather than 2 weeks* Lost my first button in the washer yesterday. Didn't rip off or get caught in the machine or break like I saw in another review. It literally fell out of the shorts* Pockets aren't that deep. Sketchy when carrying more than just a phone in them. Cargos are nice tho and I like the snap buttonsNow to the pros* comfy leg room. No bunching when sitting at my desk and no restriction when getting into the work vehiclesThat's about it for my review. Others may have gotten lucky and got a good pair from this company but I'll stick to name brand in the future and pay an extra 5 or 10$ per pair. I'm already down 1 pair after 2 weeks so I'll save money in the long run.

I ordered two pair different colors. The wife like them both. They fit well and I use a nylon tactical belt for CC. Probably buy a couple more later on.

Excellent shorts! Size is right, material is not cheap, they're made well, and they feel great. I've bought 5 of these in different colors and they're all consistent. Highly recommend for a nice, go-to casual short.
