I love this machine. It worked great right out of the box and was really easy to use. A few months after I bought it, a minor problem developed. I contacted the company via Amazon, and it responded within a couple of hours and they sent me a new part after verifying the purchase. I will definitely remain a customer.

I have always used the old kind of wood burner, so I wanted to try this. I have wood burned on wood for over 40 years. I got this, and I like it. You do have to keep the tips clean. I just have a fine piece of sandpaper to gently clean the tip every 5 or ten minutes. If you do not do this, it will not burn evenly for you. I loved how I can do more details with this. I had my 13 year old granddaughter try and she loved it and did not have any trouble with it.

This is the Benz of wood burners gets hot quick easy to use and switch tips. Wouldn’t buy this for beginners but great step up from the standard wood burner worth the extra $$

I just got this today I used for 20 minutes than it just died! No heat went into the tool!DOA!I poured over the reviews overall the wood burning tools. Even had ChatGpt rate it! This one had the highest rating by percentage with five stars being 75% of the 94 people that bought the tool. So I ordered it. I got it, I opened it up, set it up and started using it and it just totally quit!Returning it ASAP!I bought a similar to like this with the small heating coils, and I returned that one too because the handle melted on my first try!I bought a cheapo from Walmart and that's what I've been using and looks like I'm stuck with that one!
