Westbrass was founded in 1935 by two brothers, to serve the needs of all plumbing wholesalers on the West Coast. The product lines at the time included items such as faucets, valves, malleable fittings, etc. After becoming the premier distributor of plumbing products, the company was bought in 1985 by Max Homami. I bought this expecting to get all 3 parts listed and pictured .It does not come that way. I saw other comments by buyers that the washer was missing. Mine is also. I contacted the seller and just get excuses in return. The only reason I gave more than one star is because the color is what I wanted. The area around the sink hole cover leaks because the bolt can not be tightened enough without a washer. I read some people suggested to buy one at a hardware store. Why should we have to when it shows it in the description and picture as part of the product PAID for.
