I ordered, purchased, and received this rebuild kit for my Efco chainsaw but ended up using it on Dr Emmit Browns Flux Capacitor due to it sitting 30 years in the desert without proper storage procedures in place. Once disassembled the flux capacitor looks exactly like the Efco chainsaw carburetor only upside down. I made quick work of it because of the precision in which these kits are put together, the quality of material used and the fact that I'm a genius helps too. My time machine is way better!

The only part that worked was the bowl gasket.All the threads are metric, not one screw worked.

Carburetor body gasket did not have holes punched out. The air fuel mixture screws that came with the kit had the incorrect thread pitch and would not screw into the carburetor. Incorrect round washer gaskets were supplied as well.

Float needle fitting and idle mixture screw threads were too big

Only part I was actually able to use were the gaskets everything else had metric threads which makes no sense when the carb this is supposed to be fore was built in 1946 all the threads should be SAE but they are not very disappointed

The jets and other screw as well as gasket had to be forced or modified to fit. Ended up yawing old jets cause threads were different from original

I had to ship the kit back - needle valve seat was cross threaded and wouldn't fit into carburetor. Made of inferior metals and lack of precision.
