The Thermostat was a perfect fit , easy installation if you are comfortable working around electrical components. I would recommend changing the lower thermostat at the same time.

Worked perfect on our Bradford-White hot water heater. Took my husband about 30min to replace and he’s lost the full function of his right hand because of a stroke. Just take a couple of photos of the old one with your phone still hooked up and makes it a lot easier to reconnect the wires properly. “Be Sure ALL Power is off before touching anythingâ€. He even took a multimeter with my help to make double sure all power was disconnected !!

We'd been having hot water problems for months, some days hot and some days cool water. And even though the thermostat tested okay, I decided to replace it. The APCOM WH10A replacement is the same as what was originally installed in the water heater. With the replacement, we were back to hot water all the time.

In an attempt to get a couple more years out of my hot water heater...I replaced the two heating elements and two thermostats myself. It was my first time doing this. It went well with some DIY videos I watched online and the repair has lasted a year now. The items I got from Amazon were all perfect replacements at a very good price. Highly recommended!

My hot water heater was overheating and tripping out. I ordered the exact same replacement to ensure proper fit and it was the answer to my problem. I replaced both top and bottom thermostats at the same time. One may have been good but for the price it was the thing to do.

Replace both upper and lower thermostats as well as the heating elements when the water heater went dead after about five years old. The water heater is good as new and saved us a few hundred dollars in return.
