Rim was ok but the axle bearings & inner nuts were so tight I had 2 use vise 2 loosen bearings.

Had a jeep liberty jogging stroller with plastic rims. Front rim broke on it so was looking for a replacement. This fits and works with no issues!

This wheel measures 12” not 12 1/2”.

I purchased this wheel for my jogging stroller because I ruined my previous wheel by attempting to use spay foam as a tubeless tire. The wheel I received was slightly out of true and a bit oblong. The welded seam was rough. Sometimes the seam is rough and needs some sanding, but I just used electrical tape to cover it. Overall, the wheel works well, and I'm not going to use my hard-earned dollars to have it trued.
