These punches are designed with a hemispherical tip to provide proper alignment of the roll pin to prevent damage to the firearm and the roll pin. The 9 piece set includes: 5/16", 1/4", 7/32", 3/16", 5/32", 1/8", 3/32", 5/64", 1/16" punches in a nylon pouch.

It's a Wheeler, what more can I say. Yes some of the smaller punches will bend if you are not careful with it. But I love that it comes with a case and the rounded tips really help grasp the roll pins. Use them for my AR's and great for the toolbox without getting all lost and it stays in place. Will make maintenance easy as well as if I need to modify or repair any of my rifles with new parts or additional parts. Great tool set to have in your bag.

Good roll pin punch set. No issues at all and they worked very well. I wish the 1/8", 3/32" and 1/16" punches were a bit longer, and a bit more sturdy. The 1/16" punch easily bends if you're not careful. The ball tips fit within the roll pins and facilitates driving the pins without the punch slipping. There are much more expensive punch sets available, but this set provides pretty good value. If I needed to use roll pin punches more than my current occasional use, I would probably invest in a higher quality set.

I have several Wheeler products & find them to be of good quality. This punch set is no different. The punches were all straight, no bent shafts with a black oxide type of finish. The only surprise I had is that the individual punches do not have the size stamped on them. It’s convenient to have the sizes marked on the punches. Other than that, the punches worked as they should.

What do you need when you're in the middle of a project? Many things but in my case it was a set of smaller steel punches. I grabbed these based on the reviews and they did not let me down. The sizes are accurate and they popped the roller pins out that I needed. Great purchase for me!

I bought this set to use at home for working on firearms. But they are made with way to soft of medal, and I damaged several the first time I used them. I can handle the smaller sizes bending (small punches are easy to bend I don't care who makes them), but the tips are so soft they start to mushroom out witch leads to a damaged roll pin.I use a set of Craftsman roll pin punches at work. They work really well and are not much more than these. But they only go down to 1/8. So I broke down and spent the money on a Snap-On set off the tool truck at work. I'm sure I could have found a good set for a lot less than I paid, but there some tools I will only buy from Snap-On. So far this is one. When it comes to the guns that I have invested so much money in I'm not going to screw them up because I saved some money on a cheap set of tools!Maybe I just got a bed set? Or maybe I don't have a clue how to properly use tools? Either way what I have now works great and IMHO this roll pin punch set is not worth your money!!!!

Bought this as part of my AR build. I knew these were going to be top quality and I was not disappointed. They worked flawlessly and were a great tool to have during my build. I keep these in my toolbox now as there are many other great uses for them.

Bought these when they came up on sale pricing as it was cheaper to buy this set than the three sizes I wanted. The couple of the smaller size punched came pre-bent, so that saved me the trouble of bending them. Joking aside, they were easily straightened, but that just shows the metal may be a little too soft for its purpose. Not professional quality, but good quality for the price.
