Once you have a dispenser buying the chargers in bulk makes sense. These Whip-it chargers appear to be the same as the iSi chargers a part from being painted blue. I have two iSi dispensers and they work well with both of them.Making your own whipped cream allows you to make sugar free whipped cream. You'll find that what makes whipped cream sticky is the sugar. I use 3 packets of Equal per pint of cream along with a teaspoon of vanilla and 1/8 teaspoon of cream of tartar. This yields a 0 carb topping.Also, avoid the mistake of over or under shaking the cream. If it is too "soupy" then shake it a few more times. Shake it too much and you will start to make butter which yields a very stiff mixture that doesn't want to come out. In such cases put on some work clothes and take it outside. I can't call this safe but I've unscrewed the top a number of times with the base pointing away from me. It will take some muscle. Once you get to the point that the seals unseat you will have a whipped cream bomb on your hands. The dispenser parts don't fly away but a surprisingly large number of items within 10 feet will be splattered with whipped cream. I've tried to do this in the kitchen sink thinking I could control the splatter. Wrong. Go outside and bring the dog or invite the neighbor's. They prove to be very proficient at licking it up.

This is the best brand of cartridges I’ve used! Great quality and easy to use plus I love the pretty lime green color of the cartridges, it makes me feel festive when using them around Christmas or St. Patrick’s Day! A great value for your money!

This is a great deal for chargers. They are all interchangeable (meaning your iSi can use Whip-It, etc). I've never gotten a "dud" and don't really expect that I ever will. The one nice thing that people may like is that the cartridges and box are both made entirely of recycled material, and entirely recyclable.Minor sidenote -- if you are a Prime member (or looking for expedited shipping options), these must be shipped ground like all chargers. Since they're compressed gas, they can't be air-shipped. This is more an FYI than anything and something some people may find useful, but this obviously isn't a reflection on the product.

I use an iSi dispenser. (2 actually, 1 for sweat cream, the other for savory mousse). But these chargers BLOW. There is no consistency from one charger to the next. At times I would have to use 2 chargers to get the consistency I wanted. Other times I would add one charger and the thing would act like a solid rocket booster!Buying iSi chargers from here on out. They are more expensive, but if you are taking the time to present your meal / dessert in this fashion, then a couple extra cents should not matter.Also when they arrived the individual boxes were open, the shipping box was poorly taped so there were 100 little aluminum chargers rolling around the bottom of the box and I was not going to take the time to audit 100 chargers. Very disappointed.

OK these are N2O fo sho, but they seem to not be official size. After I loaded the cream mixture and pop in a charger, in the past, if I removed the charger before a couple squirts of whipped cream, I would hear some N2O discharge because the charger still had juice.After the first batch of whipped cream seemed a little subpar as far as quanity, I removed the charger before any use of the second batch. No hiss, no discharge. They would explain why it seemed there wasn't the normal or official size amount.I also like to test the chargers for that nitrogen ammonia flavor or aroma and these did not have a strong aroma. Not very cold either. At least they were real. Kinda
