Wilderdog was suggested to me when I needed a new backpack for our collie. We have started to backpack more and he needed to be able to carry more of his gear.The way the straps are set up is fantastic, just trying it on him and packing them it doesn't let the weight slide around, and the Y-front ensures that the weight of the load isn't pressed over your dog's shoulder ligaments. The hardware is of good quality as well, and the sliders are not too loose or tight, and the metal D ring on the back is sturdy. There's so many spots to attach extra equipment and the pack is light but sturdy. Will be recommending to our friends who hike with their dogs and probably buying in other colors.
