Well, it does not say if it was meant for any high temperatures, and it melted during the first and only use. Will have to find something that will take the heat.

Works as it says it would. Sturdy and of good quality. This is the 2nd time I'm ordering it and the first one got damaged only because the workers didn't know how to use it properly.

Its a fryer brush, you should be able to use it in hot oil. We have have used other fryer brushes in hot oil for decades and never had them melt. The bristles melted on this one after one use. So unless you plan on using it when the oil is cool or the fryer is empty...I wouldn't buy this brush.

The bristles melted upon first contact with hot oil. It should be able to withstand temperatures of 170c as other fryers brushes can. Bought two and they are both already in the bin.
