I have always used plastic electrical tape for wrapping wires, but plastic tape tends to unravel and come off over time. I decided to give this cloth tape a try to repair an extension cord that was showing some wear on the outer cover. I was very pleased with how easy it was to use the tape. It wrapped cleanly around the extension cord and had enough stickiness to hold securely. So far this tape is holing up very well.

Was actually a little thinner feeling than I expected, which since I was wrapping a thin 3 wire cord made it easier. Good adhesion, tight wrap and next to zero stretch.

I installed two dash cams in my vehicles. I thought it could help conceal the wires where they are exposed. It works on some areas and not as good on others. It is worth trying.

This tape was perfectly delivered, and packaged. It was just what I needed to protect lose wires on a copper coil for a stove hood fan I fixed. The fuse is rated for 125°C, equal to tape’s heat resistance. Not too sticky, but sticky enough, very durable, thin, but thick enough.

I bought this to add extra insulation to wires that were close to the exhaust pipe. Very good tape that has great adhesive. Didn’t seem to have good adhesion when I first applied it but had to redo some of the wiring. It had bonded so well that I had to cut it off!
