I'm so glad that Amazon had this available!! Our water heater's ignition went out, the warranty covered a free replacement but after 3 days it still hasn't shipped. The day after the water heater went out I looked around at local stores and no one had it. I called a plumber and he didn't have the part either and would have to order, but said it would cost about $400 to fix it once he got the part. I found the replacement part we needed on Amazon, it arrived that same day, and 20 minutes later, it was installed and we had hot water again! It saved us a ton of money and time and was simple to install.

Our water heater died, needed this part asap in Pennsylvania winter.. called the manufacturer, got the run around, then paid for expedited shipping. Ended up paying about $50 for part and shipping, then the tracking pushed it out two weeks. So I went to Amazon, found the part, MUCH cheaper, had it the next day and back to hot showers.

Ordered this part (RTG20235C) for our Rheem Tankless Water Heater and replaced it ourselves (saw a good video on U tube on how to do "DIY Fix Code 11"). Water heater is working again. Error code (11) is not getting displayed.

The part number was slightly different, the housing and voltage were the same. It is operating perfectly in my unit. The picture I attached is the igniter it replaced.
