Just took it out of the box and it was ready to use. We love it!!! the pads are soft but yet sturdy and the handles are sturdy and very helpful for someone who has trouble getting up once on the knees. Well worth the money. It just took longer than wanted to arrive.

I bought one for myself and liked it so well I gave one to my daughter. I have a hard time getting up from a kneeling position and it’s strong enough to hold my weight and high enough to get me upright. Easy to use and folds away nicely when not in use. The pad is comfortable to kneel on.We own mini donkeys and goats and the farrier uses it when he trims their feet since they so small. So I got him one too!
