This is good for costuming or performing on an occasional basis. The skirt is nice and full and of good color and shine. It has a good fit, lays well, and flows well for performance purposes. It allows for good movement and for performance flair.If you're looking for something that will work for daily/frequent performance or even for everyday wear, though, you'll need to look elsewhere. This is a better fit for a performance/cosplay wardrobe that has a great deal of variety and only needs this skirt as one of many options. The fabric is definitely thin and not overly durable, and the elastic will wear out quickly with repeated use -- and cannot be easily replaced.But, for occasional cosplay and performance, this is a great addition to the wardrobe.

I've used this skirt as a base in several of my costumes so far and it's great! I wish it was a smidgen longer, but other than that, I love it. It's twirly and the waist stretches perfectly.

I disliked the look of the waist. I like to tuck in my shirts/tops when wearing skirts, but I would not want that waist to show. With this being such a large and flowy skirt, a body suit or a tucked in shirt/top is necessary for proper balance and look. However , it will work for costumes and cosplay and such.The black is true black which is nice. The skirt looks like shiny satin. It feels like satin, too.The material seems to be of ok quality. Not too quality, but not horrible either.The length is perfect as is the size of the waist. The skirt goes to my ankles and the waist is quite comfortable - just the right amount of tightness. I am 5 foot 2 inches and normally wear a small sizeI had gotten this hoping it would do for everyday use. But with the waist as it is, it will not do for everyday wear. Costume, sure. It will do for costumes easy.

It's a decent full circle skirt. I am 5'8" (173 cm) and the skirt reaches my ankles if I wear it lower on my hips. The elastic is a little tight when stretched and gets uncomfortable and constricting past a certain point, so I probably wouldn't recommend it for people whose hips are wider than 35 inches. I might wear this for cosplay or a renaissance faire, but I don't think I would wear it in daily wear. It feels just a little too plasticky for me.

For $19.99 which is the price at time of my review, I feel that this skirt is of average quality. The fabric is a fairly stiff feeling satin and it's also quite noisy, unlike softer satins. There is a lot of fabric in the dress which is nice, however the finishing has not been done very well. The hem looks terrible in my opinion. It's not terribly noticeable from a distance thankfully. The length is good and comes down to my ankles, I'm fairly tall so it may feel too long for some. The waist is very elasticated and will accommodate many sizes.For the price, I'd say it's what I would expect. A softer satin would have been nicer though.

This skirt is pretty! I got the color black and it is stunning! It is long (but not long enough to go on a hoop skirt). When I tried it, it is so fun to throw the skirt's edges and curtsy! and It is a full 360 degrees. it is very comfy and It does look like satin. It DOES NOT TWIRL. I recommend this product for costumes or plays, I would not wear it in windy weather, or a fancy dinner, because you can see where the skirt has been cut. Pretty good skirt in total, I would buy it if your looking for a costume skirt, or a play prop/outfit.

this skirt has a lovely swoosh factor and is so pretty when worn, I will say it definitely wouldn't last long as casual wear for me, I feel like since the fabric is so thin and delicate I would feel odd wearing it casually, but for costume wear/party wear it's GREAT, it's so voluminous and has a stunning sheen to it, I love how it looks on my body and I can't wait for my next opportunity to wear it!
