Yes it’s $20, but it’s cute! I was afraid it wouldn’t fit in the waist, as the last one I had was far too small, couldn’t get it over my hips. This one is great! I’ll use It for spirit wear days and school events, and the way I’m thinking of it is: 4 years of highschool, so 20/4=5, so it’s pretty much $5 a wear if I wear it just once per year.., I think it’s worth it! Picture worthy too. Love love love it!! I got the dark blue with stars/sparkles and it looks just like the photo.
