The elastic waist band made it easy to take on/off and stay in place- didn't fidget with it at all while wearing.The elastic stretches to fit your size and all were stretchy to fit anyone.
Everyone loves how fluffy it is and the lining underneath.There are two under-skirts and several layers of tulle to give the tutu the perfect classic shape.

I'm extremely pleased with the quality and colors of this tutu. I ordered it for a "rainbow unicorn" costume that I'm doing for Halloween. It's so vibrantly colored that it will be great for portraying the happiness unicorns should bring! The quality is terrific too. The waistband is nicely finished, and the ribbon along the bottom edge of the tulle nicely accents the fullness of the tutu. The waistband is a bit small. I'm 5'5", 111 lbs. and it's snug on me. I think it could easily be used for younger girls, at least those in double-digit ages. I took it out of the package and hung it in the steamy bathroom to get some wrinkles out of it; at the same time, it fluffs out more. Love this item!

I bought this to wear with my wonder woman costume, because the costume doesn’t flare out or look right without a tutu. My height is 5’2 and my weight is 330 pounds. I bought this reading a comment and looking at pictures. This is not plus Size at all. Do not make the mistake and buy this like it’s not worth it. It was tight and it’s not stable and it’s not comfortable.

I'm a bit chubbier so most things like this don't like to fit me but this actually fit practically perfect!!! My only complaint is that it IS a bit tight when sitting because of the underskirt/slip which is made of some sort of almost plastic-y feeling fabric similar to a windbreaker jacket.

This does not fit as stated. This is significantly smaller than the 18-26+ it stated it would fit. It might go on a size 18 max. I am a 20/22. I couldn't not get it on without tearing it. Maybe, depending on how you are built it might fit, but unlikely if you are beyond a size 18. My husband, with a 36" waist, nearly ripped it trying to get it on and off. It's cute otherwise, I like that it has ribbon on the end of the tulle for a colorful finished look. If it fit, it would be worth the price. I am really disappointed because I was excited to wear this at my kids' school for their color run. I hope others have better luck.

Nice and poofy but sizing is way off. I wear a 2x-3x pants and ordered the 3x-4x and couldn’t get it on. I barely got it to the middle of my thighs. It’s way to small!

I love how fluffy and fun this is! Plus it fits my plus size body. The only problem I have is the ribbon on the bottom started coming off day one. Still cute though and I still love it!

If you order the plus size sizing and have a bigger tummy beware! The images don’t make it obvious but the tutu has a small slip underneath it so even thought it fit my waist comfortably it was way too tight on my stomach. It also is EXTREMELY short!! So be prepared for your cheeks to be hanging out. Worked for the day I needed but ripped almost immediately on the seams of the slip.

Great floof and sizing. Nylon underskirt protects from scratchy tulle, but doesn't breathe.

The fit wasn't as good as I expected even thought I its supposed to be plus size and fit women up to sizes listed in the description, I don't believe it is suitable for more than a size 20 at best. I can still use if for what k wanted and the quality is great just not has happy it with it as hoped I'd be. Unfortunately yoh sometimes get that when buying on line and can't try before buying.

The size was o to 18, there is no way that the skirt will fit anyone with a size 18 waist. The size should be up to 10 as the size fits really size.Then when I went to return it, the shipping was almost as much as the skirt.
