The review is conflicted because the tool works as it should, but there is no letter M in the set and two of the letter N. Of course I need that M so I had to order yet another letter only set. I should have checked the set before I started my project but I was so excited to get started I assumed all of the letters were included.Also the gloves don’t really work as heat resistant so don’t think they do or you will burn you fingers. Trust me!!
